§ 156.62 STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   The applicant for a development permit for any subdivision located in Zones A and AE shall generate the base flood elevation data for that subdivision.
   (B)   All subdivision proposals including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions shall be consistent with §§ 156.02, 156.03 and 156.04 of this chapter.
   (C)   All proposals for the development of subdivisions including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions shall meet Floodplain Development Permit requirements of §§ 156.27, 156.46, 156.60 through 156.64 and 156.99 of this chapter.
   (D)   Base flood elevation data shall be generated for subdivision proposals and other proposed development including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions which is greater than 50 lots or five acres, whichever is lesser, if not otherwise provided pursuant to §§ 156.26 or 156.46(B)(8) of this chapter.
   (E)   All subdivisions including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions shall have adequate drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood hazards.
   (F)   All subdivisions including the placement of manufactured home parks and subdivisions shall have public utilities and facilities such as sewer, gas, electrical, and water systems located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage.
