(A) Generally. See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(B) Permit to add dwelling units.
(1) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 1472.01 shall be subject to the following fines:
(a) Five hundred dollars for the first offense; and
(b) Seven hundred fifty dollars for each subsequent offense.
(2) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(3) The penalty provided herein shall be in addition to any surcharge or equitable remedy provided by law.
