§ 1066.05 FAILURE TO PAY; REMEDIES OF CITY.

In the event the responsible person addressed in the invoice provided for in § 1066.04 does not make payment in full within the 30-day period, the city shall have the right to pursue any and all remedies as may be provided by law for the recovery of monies payable to the city.
