(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 202.99.
(B) Use of groundwater as potable water supply prohibited. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 per day, for each violation.
