Any person convicted of a violation of any provisions of §§ 877A.02, 877A.04 or 877A.06 shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $500 for each offense, and each day that an offense continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense, and such may be prosecuted and enforced under Chapter 292 of these Codified Ordinances. In addition, the license of a valet parking operator who has been convicted of three such offenses within a 180-day period shall be revoked by the City Collector.
