§ 877.04 DISTURBANCE OF PEACE BY ANIMALS.

No person in the city licensed as required in § 877.02 shall keep or harbor an animal shut up or tied up in any yard, enclosure or on the premises of the hospital which, by barking, howling, bawling or by other noises, disturbs the peace and quiet of any person.
