(A) The license issued to ice cream peddlers shall:
(1) Cover the period of April 1 to September 30 of that same year;
(2) Require the payment of the fees set forth in § 801.13(AAA); and
(3) Be limited to the issuance of no more than five such licenses in any year.
(B) Except as specifically provided for herein to the contrary, all other provisions of this chapter shall apply to ice cream peddlers.
(C) In addition to the other provisions of Chapter 860, all persons applying for an ice cream peddlers license shall be required to be fingerprinted by the local Police Department. The cost for this process shall be borne by the applicant.
