(A) Alcoholic liquor dealers. In addition to any other license or permit issued by the city, such as a business regulation certificate required under Chapter 802 or other additional business license, alcoholic liquor dealer licenses are based on the classification of license, as follows:

(B) Ambulance services. The annual license fee is $100 per ambulance.
(C) Amusements.
(1) The license fee for amusements is based on the classification of license as follows:

(2) The license fee for temporary entertainment is $50 per special event, with a maximum of three events per year.
(D) Auctions and auctioneers. The license fee is $50 per day, plus a security deposit of $500.
(E) Automatic (coin-operated) amusement machines. The annual license fee is $125, per machine providing for the deposit of coins of $0.05 or more, but not including cigarette machines, and $250 for each additional machine up to two additional machines.
(F) Automatic (coin-operated) food and beverage vending machines. The annual license fee is $50.
(G) Automatic (coin-operated) musical instruments. The annual license fee is $125 for each instrument, including automatic phonographs and juke boxes and automatic vending machines.
(H) Automobile parts and accessories. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee as set forth in Chapter 802.
(I) Automobile repair shops. The annual license fee is as follows, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802:
(1) Sixty dollars, where the capacity of the building does not exceed ten motor vehicles and there is no drive-in space; or
(2) Eighty dollars, where the capacity of the building exceeds ten motor vehicles or where there is drive-in space.
(J) Automobile sales rooms. The annual license fee for each automobile sales room is $200. Where a lot or enclosure other than a building or structure is used by a dealer for disposing of used or secondhand cars or trucks, the annual license fee is $250. If a dealer has already paid a license fee for conducting a business in an automobile sales room, he or she shall pay the difference between the fees. In addition, one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802, shall be charged.
(K) Automobile trailer sales and rental.
(1) Businesses conducting the following activities shall pay annual license fees as follows:

(2) If one or more of the activities are conducted by a business, the business shall pay a separate fee for each activity, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(L) Automobile washes. The annual license fee is $250, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(M) Barber shop. The annual fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(N) Beauty parlors. The annual fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(O) Bicycle shops. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(P) Billiard and pool rooms. The annual license fee for one pool table is $125. The annual license fee for one additional pool table shall be $250. See Chapter 816 for limit.
(Q) Bowling alley. The annual license fee is $25 per alley, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(R) Brokers (excluding real estate and insurance brokers). The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(S) Carpet stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(T) Cartage. The annual license fee is as follows:

(U) Christmas tree sales. The license fee is $40, plus a deposit of $100 to ensure the performance of all conditions of the license.
(V) Cigarette, cigar and tobacco dealers. The annual license fee is $200, plus the business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(W) Cigarette, cigar and tobacco retailers. The annual license fee is $150, where tobacco is not the primary business.
(X) Cigarette, cigar and tobacco wholesalers. The annual license fee is $250, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(Y) Contractors and building tradesmen. Fees and bond amounts for contractors and building tradesmen are as set forth in the following table:

(Z) Contractors’ storage yards. The annual license fee is $100 or the amount set forth for the business regulation certificate in Chapter 802, whichever is greater.
(AA) Department stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(BB) Drug paraphernalia, sales of. The annual license fee is $150.
(CC) Dry cleaners. The annual license fee is $100, if not over five persons are employed, including owners, workers and delivery persons, or $175 if more than five persons are employed, or the amount set forth for the business regulation certificate in Chapter 802, whichever is greater.
(DD) Dry cleaning branch stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(EE) Dry goods stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(FF) Electrical appliance and supply stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(GG) Exterminating companies. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(HH) Filling stations. The annual license fee is based on the capacity of the station as follows, plus one-half of the business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802:

(KK) Food service establishments. The annual license fee is as follows, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802:

(TT) Laundromats. The annual license fee is $150, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(UU) Masseurs and masseuses. The initial filing fee is $25, and for each annual renewal, there is a fee of $10.
(VV) Material storage yards. The annual license fee is $100 or the sum provided for the business regulation certificate in Chapter 802, whichever is greater.
(WW) Milk trucks or trailers. The annual fee is based on the capacity of the truck or trailer as follows:

(BBB) Pet shops. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(CCC) Photoelectric (coin-operated) amusement devices. The annual license fee is $25 per device.
(DDD) Photographers; photographic supply stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(EEE) Printing establishments. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(FFF) Scavengers and refuse removal. The license fee is $300 per year, $150 for the last six months of a year or $35 per month for the last three months of a year.
(GGG) Shoe stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(HHH) Sporting goods stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(III) Stationery and book stores. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(JJJ) Table water dealers. The annual license fee is $50, plus an additional $5 for each employee over one.
(KKK) Taxicab drivers. The annual license fee is $10.
(LLL) Taxicabs.
(1) The annual license fee for taxicab business operators having a main office and garage located within the city limits, and for taxicab business operators having a main office and garage located outside the city limits, but whose taxicab vehicles sit at or otherwise use city taxicab stands to pick up fares, is $75 per vehicle, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee as set forth in Chapter 802.
(2) The annual license fee for taxicab business operators having a main office and garage located outside the city limits, and whose vehicles do not sit at or otherwise use city taxicab stands to pick up fares, is $500. If a taxicab business operator pays the fee under this division and a taxicab is found to be sitting at or otherwise making use of a city taxicab stand to pick up fares, the taxicab business operator shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation, and the taxicab driver’s license issued under § 873.03 may be subject to revocation.
(MMM) Undertakers.
(1) The annual license fee is $150, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(2) However, an undertaker or funeral director whose establishment is outside the city may obtain a temporary license from the City Collector for a period of ten days at a fee of $10.
(NNN) Undertakers’ supplies. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(OOO) Upholsterers. The annual license fee is $50, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(PPP) Used car lots. The annual license fee is $250, or the business regulation certificate fee required under Chapter 802, whichever is greater.
(QQQ) Vehicles carrying foodstuffs. The annual license fee is $50 per vehicle.
(RRR) Veterinary hospitals. The annual license fee is $100, plus one-half of the applicable business regulation certificate fee, as set forth in Chapter 802.
(SSS) Window cleaners. The license fee is $50 per year, $25 for the last six months of a year or $10 per month for the last three months of a year.
