In addition to the license application requirements of Chapter 801, an application for the license required in § 828.01 shall include the kinds of foodstuffs or beverages offered for sale. The City Collector shall issue the license and shall give Council a list of all licenses issued. However, no license shall be issued unless the vending machine for which the license is desired has been inspected and approved by the Board of Health.
