§ 828.01 LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person shall use or permit the use of a coin-operated or automatic machine for the storage and sale of foodstuffs or beverages in the city, unless a license for the machine is first secured and the provisions of this chapter are fully complied with.
