§ 822.09 EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.

   (A)   The ROL for a multi-tenant/mixed-use property expires March 31 each calendar year.

   (B)   The ROL may be renewed by completing an application in accordance with § 822.03. A registrant shall apply for renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the ROL.

   (C)   Applications must be submitted along with payment of fees to the Collector’s office.
