In the event a violation which presents a condition of extreme hazard to health and safety is found and it is not corrected within the time specified by the city, then the city may cause the violation to be corrected. Any expense incurred by the city as a result of the repairs required to correct the violations shall be collected from the licensee in full within 30 days of the date of correction. Failure to pay expenses owned to the city will result in a lien against the property.
