Smoking is prohibited within seven and one-half feet of any entrance to an enclosed area in which smoking is prohibited, except in outdoor areas operating pursuant to a beer garden license under § 804.24 of the city code of ordinances or outdoor dining areas licensed under §§ 801.13(KK) and 840.17 of the code, provided that air from the area is not drawn in or across any nonsmoking areas.
