In addition to the restrictions and prohibitions contained in § 464.01, trucks and buses of all types, regardless of size, weight and use, shall be prohibited on Riverside Drive in the city at any hour, except that the vehicles shall be permitted for the purpose of delivering or removing goods or material or providing a service to any resident thereon. However, in that case, the vehicle shall enter upon Riverside Drive from the nearest intersection with a heavy traffic street (as set forth in § 464.01) and shall return to the heavy traffic street by the shortest route.
