§ 230.03 SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS.

The Superintendent of Streets shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the advice and consent of Council, in the same manner as other city officers are appointed. In addition to his or her regular compensation, the Superintendent shall receive an annual salary for his or her duties as a member of the Board of Local Improvements.
