§ 35.22 DUE DATE; REPORT REQUIRED; DISPOSITION.
   (A)   The inspection fee and charge shall be due and payable to the town on or before January 1 of each year and shall be paid into and appropriated and expended from the General Revenue Fund of the town.
   (B)   Payment shall be accompanied by a report showing the gross sales by service classification (residential, commercial, industrial).
