The areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA in a scientific and engineering report entitled “The Flood Insurance Study for Delaware County and Incorporated Areas”, dated 4-16-2003, with the accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM), are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations. However, on 8-5-2010, the areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA in a scientific and engineering report entitled “The Flood Insurance Study for Delaware County and Incorporated Areas”, dated 8-5-2010, are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations and the maps dated 4-16-2003, shall no longer be used by the town’s Floodplain Administrator.
