§ 73.11 RECKLESS DRIVING.

It is unlawful for any person to drive recklessly in the town. RECKLESS DRIVING shall include driving a motor vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property or at a heedless or dangerous rate of speed or in violation of the conditions outlined in § 73.06 of this chapter.
