(A) No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a vehicle owned by him or her, registered in his or her name or under his or her control to be driven, parked or stopped in violation of any provision of this traffic code.
(B) No parent of any child or guardian of any ward shall cause, authorize or knowingly permit such child or ward to violate any provision of this traffic code.
