GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

§ 150.01 TITLE.

   This chapter and all material included herein by reference shall be known as the Building Code of Berne, Indiana.

§ 150.02 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of this chapter is to protect the life, public safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of the city and shall be construed in such a manner to effectuate this purpose.
