§ 54.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
   BOARD. The Board of Directors as described in § 54.05.
   CHAPTER. I.C. 8-1.5-5-1 et seq.
   DEPARTMENT. The Department of Storm Water Management established in § 54.03.
   DISTRICT. The special taxing district established in § 54.04.
