The energy conservation code adopted in section 10-10-1 of this chapter is amended as follows:
Section C101.1 is amended to read as follows:
These regulations shall be known as the international energy conservation code of Berkeley, and shall be cited as such. It is referred to herein as "this code".
Section C108.4 is amended to read as follows:
Any person who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be liable to a fine of not less than one hundred ($100.00) dollars nor more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars.
Section R101.1 is amended to read as follows:
