The international energy conservation code, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, published in pamphlet form, is hereby adopted as the energy conservation code of the village for regulating and governing energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting, and power systems as herein provided, with such amendments as are set forth in section 10-10-2 of this chapter.
