A. Violations: It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, alter, occupy, maintain, or conduct business in any building or structure in the Village in violation of the terms and provisions of this chapter or without payment of the fees established herein.
B. Penalties: Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a penalty in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of any unpaid fee and, in addition, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each day of violation.
