The state plumbing code, promulgated by the state Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction, as contained in 815 KAR Chapter 20, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof to the same extent as if set out in full herein. A copy of the state plumbing code shall be maintained on file in the office of the code enforcement officer.
