§ 72.002 ENFORCEMENT OF ELECTRICAL CODE
   The electrical inspector shall be charged with the inspection and examination of all electric installations, wiring, apparatus, fixtures and appliances hereunder. It shall be his duty to see and require that all the rules and requirements of this chapter are fully and completely complied with, and to prosecute any person for the violation thereof.
