§ 71.403 MANUFACTURE AND SALE; PERMIT; FEE
   (A)   No person or corporation shall operate a business establishment where explosives are maintained for the sale, or manufacture for sale, of explosives in territorial jurisdiction of the city, without first obtaining a permit from the codes administrator.
   (B)   The fee for this permit is ten ($10.00) dollars.
