705.05 ADDITIONAL REGULATION BY COUNCIL.
   In addition to the rules and regulations adopted or amended by the Director of Public Safety pursuant to this chapter, Council may from time to time, by ordinance, adopt and amend regulations concerning the items specified in Section 705.01.
