705.03 APPROVAL OF EXISTING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.

Until the adoption by the Director of Public Safety of rules and regulations pursuant to this chapter, those traffic control devices and parking meters in place on the effective date of this chapter are hereby approved.
