329.08 APPEAL FROM DENIAL.

Any person who is aggrieved by the denial of a use permit required by this chapter may file an appeal of the decision to the Planning Commission. A request for appeal shall be filed within ten calendar days following the receipt of notice of denial. The Commission, upon review, may reverse, affirm or modify the determination.
