(a) No person without written permission from the office of the Mayor shall enter or make use of a City park or swimming pool during hours prohibited by regulations established pursuant to Section 325.01.
(b) No person shall violate the regulations governing the proper use of City parks and swimming pool established pursuant to Section 325.01.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
