323.01 JOINT OPERATION WITH MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS.

The City of Berea consents and agrees to the joint operation and conduct of the Woodvale Cemetery within the City of Middleburg Heights as a union cemetery. Such union shall be for the benefit of the City of Berea and the City of Middleburg Heights.
