313.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter or failing to comply therewith, shall for each violation or noncompliance be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense, and for a second or subsequent offense within one year shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of any violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense.
