313.16 INSPECTION ENTRY BY BUILDING INSPECTOR.

It shall be legal for the Building Inspector to enter upon the premises of any person, firm, partnership or legal entity in the City for the purpose of making the required inspections to determine whether or not there have been any violations in accordance with due process of law.
