307.03 AMENDMENT OF PERMIT AFTER GRANT.

Any telecommunications right-of-way permit granted under this chapter may be amended only in accordance with the provisions contained in the permit as provided for in Section 307.02 of this chapter and only upon approval of such amendment by City Council.
