913.18 NUMBER OF CANNABIS DISPENSARIES LIMITED.

Pursuant to the authority granted to the Council of the City of Berea in Ohio Revised Code Section 3780.25, this Council hereby determines that no more than one cannabis dispensary of any kind shall be permitted within its jurisdiction under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3780.
