913.17 CANNABIS CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING OPERATIONS PROHIBITED.

Pursuant to the authority granted to the Council of the City of Berea in Ohio Revised Code Section 3780.25, this Council hereby determines that it is reasonable and necessary to prohibit all cannabis cultivation and processing operations within its jurisdiction under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3780. (Ord. 2024-23. Passed 5-13-24.)
