Whoever violates Section 1331.02(a) shall be, upon conviction of the same, guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and have sentence imposed pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2929.21 and 2929.22, provided that no portion of any fine imposed shall be suspended upon a condition. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 2018-33. Passed 5-21-18.)
