1311.12 ANNUAL INSPECTION AND REVIEW FEE FOR TAX-ABATED NON-RESIDENTIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES.

(a) There is hereby imposed upon the owners of tax-abated non-residential and industrial real properties located in the City an annual review and inspection fee of $800.00 per tax-abated parcel, and payment of same shall be made to the City annually on or before completion of the annual review and inspection by the City of Berea.
