(a) No owner of any structure shall fail to remove graffiti that is present on such building, business building, fence, gate, or accessory structure thereof.
(b) No owner of any structure shall fail to remove graffiti that is present on any rock, structure, tree, wall, or other structure or property located on the parcel.
(c) Whoever violates subsection (a) or (b) of this section is guilty of failure to remove graffiti, a minor misdemeanor.
