581.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine and/or imprisonment, as expressly provided herein or as otherwise provided in Chapter 901 of the Codified Ordinances of Berea.

(b) Each day that an adult entertainment business operates in violation of this Chapter is a separate offense or violation
