581.20 SEVERABILITY.

Any section, subsection, paragraph, or clause of this chapter that is determined to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid shall be severed from the remaining sections, subsections, paragraphs or clauses, and the remaining sections, subsections, paragraphs and clauses shall not be affected. (Ord. 2010-26. Passed 4-5-10.)
