581.19 RESTRICTION ON LOCATION.

(a) No license may be granted or issued to any adult entertainment business unless such business is in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and all applicable provisions of the Zoning Code of the City including Section 301.5.1.

(b) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to limit or amend the procedures, standards or requirements of Zoning Code of the Berea Codified Ordinances.
