(a) The Police Department shall, from time to time and at least twice a year, inspect each adult entertainment business licensed under the provisions of this Chapter in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
(b) An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the Berea Police Department, Fire Department, Building Department, Health Department, or other City departments or agencies to inspect the premises of an adult entertainment business for the purpose of determining compliance with the law, at any time that it is occupied or open for business.
(c) A person who operates an adult entertainment business and/or his agent or employee each commits a misdemeanor of the first degree if he/she refuses to permit such lawful inspection of the premises.
