(a) No person shall:
(1) Operate an adult entertainment business without a valid adult entertainment business license issued by the City pursuant to this Chapter.
(2) In connection with operating an adult entertainment business, retain the services of a person as an employee, as defined in Section 581.02, who is not licensed as an adult entertainment employee by the City of Berea pursuant to this Chapter.
(b) Any person who violates subparagraph (a)(1) of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(c) Any person who violates subparagraph (a)(2) of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
