123.01 APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT DIRECTORS.

The Director of Law is empowered to designate Assistant Directors of Law in such number as may be authorized. Each such appointment shall be approved by Council and, after such approval, the appointee shall serve until removed by the Director of Law.
