1353.02 FOUNDATION, FLOOR, WALL, CEILING AND ROOF.
   Every foundation, floor, wall, ceiling and roof shall be reasonably weathertight, watertight and rodentproof, shall be capable of affording privacy and shall be kept in good repair.
