1347.03 ISSUANCE AND TERM.
   If it is found that a building or other structure is in compliance with the provisions of this Housing Code and all other laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable thereto, the Building Inspector shall issue a certificate of occupancy for such building or structure which shall contain the following information:
   (a)   The street address or other identifying characteristics of the building or other structure.
   (b)   The name and address of the owner, and, if the owner does not reside on the premises, the name and address of the resident agent in charge of the building or structure, and the name and address of the nonresident agent, if any.
   (c)   The exact nature and extent of the use or occupancy authorized.
   (d)   The period for which such certificate of occupancy is issued.
   Such certificate shall not be valid beyond December 31 of the year for which the certificate is issued.
