Any member of the Safety Forces of the City responding to a communication directly or indirectly produced by an alarm system, shall notify the Chief of the appropriate safety force of such response, including the following information to wit:
(a) Identification of the person communicating the alarm;
(b) If different than (a) above, identification of the person having physical control over the alarm system at the situs to which the City has been requested to respond;
(c) Identification of the permit holder;
(d) Identification of the situs of the alarm system;
(e) Time of receipt of communication;
(f) Time of dispatch from the City;
(g) Time of arrival at situs of alarm system;
(h) Weather conditions;
(i) Whether or not the alarm system activation was caused by a criminal offense or emergency condition.
