1327.05 INDIRECT REPORT.
   An alarm system designed to notify an intermediary party who thereafter is to communicate with the City, such intermediary party shall:
   (a)   Communicate alarm notification to the City in such manner, form and content as may be specified by the Chief, Division of Police; and
   (b)   Communicate alarm notification to the City only over special trunklines, designated by the Chief, Division of Police.
